Paul面包成立120多年,是由法国Francis Holder面包师傅创立,目前已传至第五代.

PAUL面包的独特之处便在于以面包将面包店、午茶沙龙、轻纤食餐厅,这三种型态迥异的店铺类型串连在一起,这种在法国行之已久的面包店模式,也是PAUL百年来的基本风貌. PAUL的门市设计承袭了传统的法国生活美学,一端是种类繁多的现烤面包甜点外带区,另一端是标准法国餐厅区域,一砖一瓦都呈现着法国复古乡村的奢华风格,大量使用古董家俱、乡村花纹瓷砖、古典大壁炉、法国香得里拉水晶吊灯、壁灯、法国复古绣花厚窗帘,和到处都悬挂的古典挂画.

PAUL保证每一个出炉面包的高品质与稳定性,使得全世界的PAUL爱好者都能够享受到与法国本地一致的美味与口感. PAUL坚持严选所有食材,采用高级麦粉,每一种面包都含有至少三种以上的麦粉和多种榖类,并只采用纯鲜奶油,绝不用人工或植物奶油,所有制程也都十分考究、遵循古法,每一块面包发酵7小时,与100多年前所花的时间相同.出炉时间也依据顾客早中晚不同的饮食需求,安排高频率8次出炉及4次变换陈列,从早到晚每个时段都能享受新鲜多样的PAUL风味.

A traditional Strawberry Charlotte made with Bavarian cream, encased in Genoese finger sponge and topped with strawberries.5

RASPBERRY CHARLOTTE

A gourmet’s delight, our fresh Raspberry Charlotte features Bavarian cream, encased in Genoese finger sponge and topped with raspberries.

THE FRAISIER

A classic of the French pâtissier’s art, this stunning looking cake has layers of Genoese sponge, mousseline cream and fresh strawberries, finished with pale green marzipan and decorated with more strawberries.7

MILLEFEUILLE

An irresistible combination of baked buttery puff pastry filled with rum-laced vanilla custard cream, topped with white fondant icing.

THE FRAMBOISIER

Raspberry Sponge Cake. Closely related to the Strawberry Sponge Cake (Fraisier), this is another very pretty cake made with Genoese sponge, mousseline cream and fresh raspberries, finished with white marzipan and decorated with more raspberries.9

GÂTEAU AUX CAROTTES

The PAUL bakers’ take on the universal favourite, the Carrot Cake, a soft sponge made with grated carrot, pecan nuts and vanilla syrup, filled and topped with a soft cheese cream and decorated with pecans.10

FORÊT NOIRE CAKE

This is our version of the famous Black Forest Cake from Germany: layers of chocolate sponge, sandwiched with chocolate Chantilly cream with Morello cherries and kirsch, topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.11

CRAQUANT CAKE

A dark chocolate sponge cake with chocolate mousse, a thin layer of crisp praline and a dark chocolate glaze. Available to buy as individual slices or as whole cakes to serve 6, 12 or 24 people.12

SUCCÈS CHOCOLAT

A delectable combination of almond meringue, dark chocolate mousse and hazelnut butter cream topped with a shiny chocolate glaze.

MOCHA CAKE Mocha Cake

The Opéra is a classic and very elegant French cake featuring layers of rich chocolate ganache, sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, coffee butter cream on a chocolate joconde biscuit base.14

MYSTÈRE PRALINE CAKE

Hidden inside the crunchy milk chocolate ‘dome’ of this unusual cake you will find smooth hazelnut cream, chocolate shortbread, almond biscuit and nougatine.

FLEUR DE LYS CAKE

This Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake is a variation of a chocolate marquise, a rich, dark, velvety mousse on a crunchy biscuit base, decorated with an icing sugar fleur de lys.

DUO CHOCOLAT CAKE

Luscious layers of mousse on a soft biscuit base, this is a cake to delight chocolate lovers.17

MINI CANELÉS BOX

A pudding batter enriched with butter, brown sugar, rum and vanilla and baked in a copper canelé mould. You can enjoy this traditional French sweet treat at any time of day.18
